Growth Coach and building better mindsets

I coach and help people and businesses grow using mindset models and tools. I love to work in the aviation and aerospace industry, and help many other industries too.

As a Bloom GrowthOS coach, I run rollouts and quarterly sessions for entrepreneurs and their leadership teams. Bloom is a prioritisation and simplification system: we do the most important things first, not the fast or the easy ones. It isn’t project management but understanding people.

Helping people, businesses, teams and entrepreneurs build better and more effective mindset, behaviours, collaboration and communication — serving clients across the USA and New Zealand.

Working every day on my passion

With an ongoing focus, I have been able to build a sales business in the industry I am passionate about. Our goal is to supply aircraft globally.

Through my businesses Avgas Limited and GoJetA1, and our partnership with Reliance Aircraft, we supply aircraft, part packages, engines and systems globally.

With a background in television and the aviation industry, skilled in strategy, business planning, sales, relationship building, media production and risk management. Certified Forum Facilitator for YPO and EO.

I lead groups, staff academies, MC conferences and train presidents and entrepreneurs. Much of my work is in leadership, Forum and group settings. I help build self-awareness, trust and the kind of honest conversation that makes a group useful to be part of.

Aviation safety author

Being an aerobatic pilot and tow pilot, the aim of my Lessons from the Sky series is to save lives — to help other pilots be safer pilots.

Ten books published via Squabbling Sparrows Press and on Amazon, selling over 55,000 copies globally, and onto the third print of From The Pilot’s Seat published by Penguin Random House.
